Rob takes charge of the Alliance’s newly formed Women’s 1XV. This is a landmark year for the Alliance, with the establishment of our first Women’s 1XV, U16G and U14G sides in 130 years. Rob will lead the senior women’s team as we take this significant step forward.

Cazz Flowers – Women’s Officer

Cazz joins the committee to represent, promote and support women’s and girls’ rugby across the Alliance. Her role focuses on fostering an inclusive, safe and welcoming environment, encouraging participation, strengthening relationships with member clubs, and supporting the sustainable development of the female game.

These appointments mark an exciting chapter for women’s and girls’ rugby within the Northampton & District Alliance. Please join us in welcoming both Rob and Cazz to the committee.
