Grant Surridge — Saints Liaison Officer

Grant Surridge takes on the role of Saints Liaison Officer, acting as the Alliance's direct link with Northampton Saints. The role is designed to strengthen the relationship between grassroots rugby in the county and the professional game.

Grant is a familiar face around the county's clubs and brings a wealth of local rugby knowledge to the role.

Neil Chater — Chair of Minis & Juniors

Neil Chater continues in his role as Chair of Minis & Juniors, taking responsibility for the youngest players in our game and the families who support them week in, week out. Neil's continued focus is on making sure the minis and juniors section keeps growing safely, inclusively, and enjoyably across all 18 member clubs.

Between Grant's new link to the professional game and Neil's ongoing work with our youngest players, the Alliance continues to build strong foundations at every level.
