The Northampton & District Rugby Alliance is pleased to announce the formation of new Girls U16 and U14 teams, marking an exciting step forward in the development of the girls’ game across the region.

This initiative reflects the continued growth in female participation in rugby and provides a clear pathway for young players to develop their skills within a structured and supportive environment. The new teams will bring together players from across the district, creating opportunities to train, compete, and progress within the game.

The introduction of these age-grade teams also strengthens the overall player pathway, linking closely with the recently established women’s section and supporting the long-term future of the sport locally.
