The Alliance Women’s team was created with one goal in mind — bringing clubs together to grow the women’s game across the Alliance. In this first ever season, players from different clubs have united to wear the same shirt, represent their communities, and build something special from the ground up.

While results on the scoreboard may not always have gone our way, the commitment, passion and determination shown by every player has been unquestionable. Facing tough opposition in EMRU, Buckinghamshire CB and now Silhillians Sirens, the squad has continued to compete with pride, heart and togetherness every single time they have stepped onto the field.

This season has never just been about results. It has been about creating opportunities, building friendships between clubs, and laying foundations for the future of women’s rugby within the Alliance. The spirit shown throughout the campaign proves that this is only the beginning for the Alliance Women.
