The Northampton & district Alliance is the first step to representative rugby as part of the four sub counties that feed into the East Midlands RFU.

The aim of the mini and junior section is to aid the development of players along the player pathway, as the first step in representative rugby this is the first steo in a crucial link.

Players are selected by attending trials or by referral from their club coaches, this is a great commitment in time and effort and should not be taken lightly.

The Northampton Alliance also arrange a tournament each year and this is also used as a basis for selecting players.
